Like taking a dive into a potpourri dish, the spice is dialed up to ten, here, and it feels like it’s more oak derived than fruit. The cinnamon stick, dried red florals and berries give Christmasy vibes. There’s a juicy berry lift and smudge of savory tannins. Unfortunately there’s a mousiness that creeps in on the finish that’s hard to get past. — Christina Pickard
